If you have not already done so, make sure you are sign up for our email list.
Once you are registered with the list, a login is created for you on Groups.io. You can use that login to make adjustments to your subscription. You can ask to have a onetime link emailed to you. You can use your Facebook or Google login.
The list includes Hashtags "#" to help messages stand out. You simply place the #hashtag in the subject. These #hashtags are currently available for your use.

About "My Image Library"
This library is where all the images you've uploaded will be found in addition to any competitions you've submitted those images into. There is only one copy of any image, images are simply linked into the competitions you choose. This is especially convenient if you'd like to resubmit an image into subsequent or multiple competitions. You can load images directly into "My Image Library" so they can be used at any time. You don't need to resize images per competition. The site will take care of that for you.
About "My Galleries"
You can create one or more personal galleries from the images in "My Image Library". Once the gallery is created, you check a box asking that the gallery be made public. You can also make images or galleries Private for whatever reason you choose.
If you submit images which you don't want shown publicly, you can check the private box when you submit. They will still appear for judging.
